The RCN is the professional body for nurses in the UK. The RCN supports the professional, educational and public development and interest of nursing across the UK.

Who can be a member of the RCN?


Membership is open to nurses, midwives, student nurses, healthcare assistants, practitioners and trainee nursing associates across the UK. The RCN represents all individuals in these positions. The nurses that work at The Bridge are all members of the RCN.

What does RCN do?


The RCN provides leadership to professionals involved in the nursing industry across the UK and supports the professional development, employment and pay of of those in the nursing profession. The RCN facilitates and promotes research, education and training of students. They provide numerous CPD

opportunities and networking opportunities for their members.
