The programme will be based around your needs and is flexible to your availability. We will continuously review your treatment programme with you and our care co-ordinator to make sure your recovery is fully supported.
The usual treatment plan for 12 months would follow this structure. However all treatment plans are bespoke and will be adapted to your needs and therapy goals.

We also provide a step down service for children and adults following inpatient discharge.
